Except for viewing the content for your own personal non-commercial use, MCC Tradie Lady Club Pty Ltd does not grant you any rights to use the website or content for any other purpose unless it expressly consents in writing.

All orders submitted through our website are subject to acceptance by us.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm receipt of your order. This email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the order or an offer to sell products. MCC Tradie Lady Club Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. If we cancel your order for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

MCC Tradie Lady Club Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages whatsoever including any special indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use of data or profits, whether in an action in contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with access to this site or the information contained in it. MCC Tradie Lady Club Pty Ltd does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free.

You may link to our website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. These Terms are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Service, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia.

The above Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding agreements between you and MCC Tradie Lady Club Pty Ltd.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

The Tradie Lady Club does not accept returns of any items if you change your mind.

If you are looking to exchange an item it must be in its original condition with swing tag attached, packaging included and must be unworn and unwashed - in the interests of hygiene, we may refuse the exchange of any merchandise where it is not resalable (i.e., if the garment has been worn or is soiled).

To organise a size exchange of your Tradie Lady Club merchandise, please email mcctlcsales@gmail.com, and please include your order number and size/colour exchange preference. Notification of your exchange request must be made by you to us within 14 days of receipt of the order.

In the unlikely event that one of our products or garments is faulty, please email details and photos in the first instance to mcctlcsales@gmail.com, and please include your order number. Notification of the fault must be made by you to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Upon acceptance of your faulty item, we are happy to offer you a replacement in the first instance.

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipping within Australia:

Our promise is that your order will be dispatched within 5 business days*, once your order is placed. Orders will be packed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way. However currently we do not have the capacity to provide tracking numbers.

All orders are sent using the Australia Post Regular Post or via the Australia Post Express network**. All orders are sent using Safe Drop and Authority to leave, if you would like to request your parcel to be sent with signature required, please email the team at: mcctlcsales@gmail.com.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian dollars.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date. Please be certain your address is correct, before finalising your order.

The shipping address for your order is shown at the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address and we cannot be liable for any loss associated.

If parcels are returned to us as RTS (return to sender) because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we have the right to charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address. This redelivery fee charge will depend on the size and the location of your order.

 

*Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience and we try to keep this to an absolute minimum.

**Please note that for regional and rural around Australia, it may be beneficial to consider sending your order via the Express Post/StarTrack network as transit time for the Regular Post/Couriers Please network to these areas is not always timely.

 

Shipping Worldwide:

We ship Internationally to the countries listed above using the Australia Post Regular Post network and Australia Post International Express network**.
