TLC group aims to hold social events around Australia,
The aim of these events is to meet more like minded people in the trades, show everyone just how many females are in the trade, and to spread awareness of the support we are all getting and to hopefully gain full respect on the job site.
The modern day mentality of women in male dominated industry is slowly changing,
TLC is aiming to change that here is Australia and all over the world, making role models for the younger generation and teaching them that you can be what you want to be and not have barriers of gender roles and jobs.
